Ms. Archita Sobti, the founder of FineAlly, is a dedicated counselling psychologist who has been working in the field of mental health since 2012. She has extensive experience working with diverse age groups and socio-economic backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, insomnia, relationship issues, dementia, and more. Her primary goal is to enhance well-being, help individuals become more productive, manage their time effectively, and cope with stress. Additionally, she focuses on helping individuals embrace their identity, explore LGBTQAI+ issues, work through relationship challenges, and improve their overall life.

Throughout her journey, Archita has learned that pain and resilience do not discriminate based on sex, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, educational background, or family circumstances. Everyone experiences struggles and demonstrates resilience at different times. This intrinsic human ability to survive, adapt, and be resilient provides hope during difficult moments. While we are not born equal, and our circumstances and pains are not equal, every person has the right to feel their emotions—be it happiness, anxiety, stress, or sadness. Every individual also deserves support in their time of need. Archita is trained in TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Feeling Good Institute in California and is a Level 2 TEAM CBT practitioner.
