Dr. Akanksha Yadav, MSc, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at SGT University, Gurugram. With over 16 years of extensive experience in hospitals, research, teaching, and healthcare services, she is a dynamic professional in her field. Dr. Yadav has published 19 research papers, authored 1 book, and contributed 5 book chapters.
